Regan (RSW, MSW)

EMDR

Have you tried therapy before and left feeling like something was missing? Maybe it was hard to open up, or the process felt rushed. Maybe you were told to “move on” from something that still lives in your body, your thoughts, or how you relate to others. You might feel disconnected—from yourself, your needs, or the life you want to live. If that resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone either.

I work with people who haven’t always felt fully seen in traditional therapy spaces. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Together, we’ll create a space where you can move at your own pace, reconnect with yourself, and start making sense of your experiences in a new way.

As a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW, CASW), I support youth, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in helping clients navigate the impact of intergenerational trauma—the kind that can be passed down through unspoken rules, survival patterns, or long-standing family dynamics. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in therapies like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I believe healing doesn’t require rewriting your whole story—just understanding it differently. I strive to offer a space where your voice, your intuition, and your pace lead the way.

Outside of therapy, I love being outdoors—whether hiking, camping, or just spending time in nature. I also find joy in singing, which has always been a grounding and creative outlet for me.
