Jordan (RN, RP)
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and holistic. If we discover that more support is needed, I don’t hesitate to bring in trusted experts or tools — even if it means investing my own time and resources — to ensure you’re truly supported. My goal is to help you reconnect with who you really are and to create lasting, meaningful change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Nursing. My clinical training includes advanced EMDR (including work with complex trauma, OCD, and phobias), Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed), Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). I often combine EMDR with parts work to help clients access and heal the deeper layers of their experience.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, and dissociative disorders. Every person I work with is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet you exactly where you are, creating a safe, compassionate space for growth and healing.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me in nature — fishing, exploring, or just enjoying the quiet. One quote that has always stayed with me is: “We’re all just walking each other home.” That’s how I see this work — as a shared journey toward something more whole, grounded, and true.
