One-on-one EMDR

Our one-on-one EMDR sessions provide a safe, personalized space to work through past experiences that may still affect your present life. Using gentle eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult memories so they feel less overwhelming.

This approach goes beyond talk therapy by directly supporting how the brain naturally heals from trauma. Each session is tailored to your needs, allowing you to move at your own pace and build lasting relief from symptoms such as anxiety, stress, or trauma-related challenges.

We specialize in supporting:

  • (C)PTSD
  • Dissociative disorders
  • Attachment trauma
  • OCD & Phobias
  • Personality disorders
  • Chronic Pain & Functional Neurological Disorders

Family Focused EMDR

Family-Focused EMDR is designed to support healing across generations. Many families carry the weight of intergenerational trauma or protective patterns that were once necessary but now get in the way of healthy connection. This approach combines individual and family sessions to help each member process their experiences while strengthening the family as a whole.

By addressing trauma within the family system, EMDR can create space for more open communication, deeper understanding, and healthier patterns of relating. Healing together not only supports each individual but also builds resilience, trust, and stronger bonds across the family.

This is designed to support:

  • Intergenerational trauma
  • Family dynamics
  • Healing as a family

Group Traumatic Event Protocol (G-TEP)

G-TEP is a structured group approach based on EMDR therapy that helps people process distressing experiences—without needing to share personal details out loud. Using worksheets and guided bilateral stimulation, participants are able to activate the brain’s natural healing process in a safe and supportive setting.

This method is especially helpful when a group has experienced the same traumatic event, such as a classroom loss, workplace accident, or the death of a colleague. G-TEP can be offered alongside critical incident debriefs, serving as an early step toward healing. For some, it may be enough on its own; for others, it provides a strong foundation before moving into individual therapy.

This is designed to support:

Work or school critical incidents (kids, teens, and adults)
Community trauma or critical incidents
Shared trauma in families

EMDR Intensives

In an intensive therapy program, you will receive one-on-one attention from your therapist throughout a full working day during your retreat.

The day begins with a brief orientation, followed by a thorough exploration of your personal history and current situation, including your strengths, resources, challenges, and any previous interventions you’ve tried. Your therapist will also discuss your short- and long-term goals. For children under 12, caregivers may be involved in the program, depending on the child’s preferences.

By lunchtime, a collaborative assessment will help identify the most effective strategies for your progress. These recommendations may include both therapeutic interventions and practical, real-life approaches to support your goals.
